Refunds and cancellation.
How to cancel a plan, when you get your money back, and how long it takes.
Cancel any time. If Celorus is not right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full.
Cancelling a plan
You can cancel Solo or Team at any time from your Celorus dashboard, or by writing to tech@celorus.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan keeps working until the end of the month or year you have already paid for. Your desk's files stay in your Drive.
When we refund
- Your first payment. Ask within 14 days of your first payment on a plan, monthly or yearly, and we refund that payment in full.
- Renewals. A renewal payment is not refunded once the new period has started, except where the law gives you that right. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- Credit packs. Ask within 14 days of buying a credit pack, before any of its credits are used, and we refund it in full.
- A charge in error. If you were charged twice, or charged after you cancelled, we refund the wrong charge in full.
Credits that come with a plan each month, or upfront on a yearly plan, are part of the plan and are not refunded separately. Nothing on this page takes away a right to cancel or to a refund that the law of your country gives you.
How to ask for a refund
Paid in US dollars. Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record for orders in US dollars, handles the refund. Use the link on your Paddle receipt, or visit paddle.net, or write to us at tech@celorus.com and we pass it to Paddle. Paddle's own refund policy also applies.
Paid in Indian rupees. Write to tech@celorus.com from your account email with the invoice number. We confirm by email within 2 working days.
How long a refund takes
Once a refund is approved, it goes back to the card, bank account or UPI account you paid with. We start rupee refunds through Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days of approval; your bank may take a few more days to show it. Paddle generally returns refunds in US dollars within 14 days. For a payment in rupees, we also issue a GST credit note.
Delivery
Celorus is software delivered online. Nothing is shipped. Your plan starts as soon as your payment is confirmed, in your Celorus account and your desk.
